YOUTH ACADEMY
As a true premier program serving Berkshire County and the surrounding area. Our club structure offers a clear pathway in which players can develop and participate in appropriate programming from beginner players through to those ready to play and compete at an elite level.
On our professionalism, the care we show to our families and the respect afforded to each player who enters our organization. We want each player to enjoy their time with the club, be challenged in a positive coaching environment, and improve themselves as players and people as they progress through the player development pathway.
PLAYER
DEVELOPMENT
Pathway provides a clear pathway from our youngest players through to our semi-pro USL League two team. BRFC players will systematically progress through the pyramid and have opportunities to play at the collegiate and professional levels beyond their BRFC experience.
EACH
DEVELOPMENT
Our youth academy follows a comprehensive curriculum designed by our Technical Director that provides players with age-specific provisions and systematically lays the foundation for progressive development and the enhancement of love for the game. Our coaching staff will be coaches of positive significance in our player’s lives as we aim to inspire players in an atmosphere of respect and honesty while encouraging them to think for themselves.
